The facility upgrade is beautiful and clean. It was easy to drive through when dropping off. I was able to use the shuttle to take of some business while waiting for service of my car. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Lexus of Tampa Bay’s Service department. I was in a tight spot when my RX350 decided to not start.
