There are people at this dealership who are very friendly and courteous. But my experience there was totally ruined by a person there played hardball with me at the signing table. After the purchase, an employee told me I can come in anytime for the 1st service, without need to make an appointment. I drove 70 miles to get there on a Sunday, and then learned their service shop was closed on Sundays. I was totally disgusted by this dealership. More
I bought a car from these people and it was a local one owner pre-owned car. I had the car for about a month and it started to act up. First the car started shaking than when at a stop light than would ran owner pre-owned car. I had the car for about a month and it started to act up. First the car started shaking than when at a stop light than would randomly shut down! I took it back to them and they can't find any issues with the car. I would never buy a car from these people again and will never recommend it to anybody. I spent all this money on a fairly new car and it drives like CRAP! More
I'd like to extend my gratitude to Will Reid, Leo Pate, and Ed Guthrie for being so patient with me and helping me decide which vehicle would suit me best. I went to the dealership on Feb. 21, 2012 "just to browse" and see what was new as I had my current car for nearly 3 years, it was time to consider a Lexus. I was greeted by Leo but he was already assisting another guest so he introduced me to Will. I test drove the IS 350 and felt it was a great car but a little small for me. Will then showed me the brand new 2013 GS 350. Talk about an awesome car! I'm just glad I didn't make Will sick as I really tested the acceleration and handling. Up to this point I've always purchased my vehicles and didn't know much about Leasing. Will and Ed sat down with me and showed me the differences. Because I like to have a new car every 2-3 years, Leasing made the most financial sense. I left and called my friend whose been in the car business for over 18 years and got his opinion. He gave me the thumbs up. Will and Ed had been upfront with me about the cost and didn't try to play the numbers game that happens in so many dealerships. They truly treated me "like a guest in their home", like their motto says. The sales consultants didn't hound me in the parking lot or showroom floor. It took me close to a week to decide if I was going to make a purchase. I came in, emailed, or called during that time to ask questions. Each time Will got back to me quickly. I felt like he was educating me and not necessarily trying to push a sale. I called a few times when Will wasn't working and spoke to Leo who also treated me very well. Shopping for a new car at this dealership was an enjoyable experience for me. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks again Will, Leo, and Ed for helping make this purchase as stress free as possible! I'll be back in 2 years for my next vehicle!! More
I love Lexus in Fife! The staff is always so friendly and courteous. My "go to guy" is Jon Heffernan. He is impressive and always sees that everything is taken care of. He meets me at my car when I drive up for service and ensures a loaner car is provided for extended maintenance so that I am never inconvenienced. Jon always takes the time to listen and offers reasonable solutions. The Service Center offers so much! Healthy snacks and cookies, coffee and beverages, HDTV, internet and current magazines are all available to me while my car is being serviced. I also love that I am able to get a Free car wash when I need it. Special thanks to Jon and all the folks at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. YOU ROCK!! More
I saw a 2005 Nissan Frontier NISMO truck on Cars.com and called Lexus of Tacoma. Luckily Jay Pak led me through the process. We was great to work with even on one of their lower priced cars in inventory. He quickly pulled the truck in and gave us the OK for a solo test drive. Negotiating was painless and quick. Sandra in Financing was able to better the deal I got pre-approved from my local credit union. She even called back after signing papers to let me know there was better rate out there. I am planning on coming back next year for my wife's vehicle to talk to Jay again. I love my truck and several coworkers said it looked newer than the 2005 it was. Toyota Lexus had some great rigs and plenty of selection with their multiple dealerships. Thanks to Jay and Sandra for their attention to detail. More
I will never buy anything but Lexus because of the service I have received in Fife, Salt Lake City, even Palm Springs. In the past I have owned Mercedes thinking it was the top of the line, but Lexus service I have received in Fife, Salt Lake City, even Palm Springs. In the past I have owned Mercedes thinking it was the top of the line, but Lexus has Mercedes beat, hands down, in service. I am greeted with a smile and treated respectfully and immediately. If I need special attention for some reason, I get it. And the loaner program! If I have to leave my car, I drive away in a new loaner so I can get on with my business. I leave feeling great. Mercedes will taxi me to a local shopping mall where I can kill a few hours, but they don't offer loaners. The waiting area at Lexus is comfortable, stocked with great healthy food and drink (coissant sandwiches, fruit, good coffee, water, sodas, etc.) Mercedes? Nothing. Lexus knows how to treat their customers. I will always come back. Here are two short scenerios explaining why I am so loyal: Lexus of Tacoma has employees who listen and respond fairly. What more could a car owner want? We had a break job done at Lexus in Salt Lake City which turned out to be a bit faulty for some reason. We had an emergency service by a local (Shelton, WA) non-Lexus service center which cost over $500. When we called Lexus of Salt Lake City, they took care of reimbersing us for the extra work necessary. The check arrived in no time. Our last experience with Lexus of Tacoma was exceptionally satisfying. I had a long term failure in the ignition where the steering wheel would freeze up and the key wouldn't turn. This happened about once or twice a year when the car was new so we didn't think it a major problem, enough to change out the whole unit. So it was not taken care of under warrantly. Over the years, however, this finally became a biweekly problem...we'd get ready to go and the car wouldn't start. Apparently this is some sort of flaw as we read testimony after testimony about this problem on the internet. We explained all of this to John Heffernon at Lexus of Tacoma and with very little resistance, Lexus stepped up to remedy the situation by replacing the entire ignition column at their expense. Believe me, I KNOW if I had had this issue with Mercedes I would not have been treated fairly. I would have had to pay for what was really the company's responsibility. I am pleasantly surprised at Lexus' gumption to take responsibility, stand by their product, and fix the problem at their expense (well, with a good faith, small amount ($50) that we paid in addition). Above all, we came away from this as "died in the wool" believers in Lexus and we are your best advertisers. We tell everyone who asks how happy we are with Lexus, especially Lexas of Tacoma. They are a class act. More

I have never had such great customer service ever in my life. After searching and doing some investigative work on cars for about 2 years, Bill White was kind, thoughtful and extremely educated on every car I looked at. He played a major role in helping me make that final decision on which car to buy...the one that fit all my needs and expectations. I really think Bill should open his own school and teach Customer Relations or hold Customer Service Seminars around the the world! I will definitely buy my next car from Bill if he stays in the Auto Sales Industry. After such a wonderful car/sales experience I now consider Bill my friend. More
