I learned so much about my radio and SiriusXM, Mr. Tannenbaum was very knowledgable about the Sirius XM radio system. Mike Penta captained my deal through tricky waters and eventually I got the car I wanted, plus some extras. The car arrived at the dealership just in time for the expiration of the lease on my 2013 RX. We worked with Joe Savino on the final details and he was a pleasure to deal with, Joe is a very competent and congenial guy. We figured out that he worked at the dealership in 1990 when I got my first Lexus. We were very satisfied with his competence and congeniality. Then it was time for the technical stuff, and boy is this car loaded with user-friendly tech!! We were introduced to the new car's technology by Mike Tannenbaum who spent 2 hours with us and was very knowledgeable and patient. It was like going back to grad school, and I hope my wife and I got a passing grade! I bought my first Lexus from this dealer in 1990 and have the highest regard for his dealerships and choice of people and products. We had an issue about being away on a trip for two weeks after we decided on the car. No pressure, just offers of practical help. Would we like the car brought to Westchester for our convenience? We thought they were kidding. Michael Tanenbaum was so patient and knowledgeable explaining and demonstrating the cool features that we actually remembered how some of them work. We have purchased just about every great car you can imagine, Benz, Bimmer, Jaguar, etc. but this place takes the cake.
