WORST experience ever!! Go to any other Lexus dealership! Where to begin: 1) After taking my $500 deposit on an agreed upon price for my 2015 rx350, Mike Penta called my father (not me, the buyer) to tell him Where to begin: 1) After taking my $500 deposit on an agreed upon price for my 2015 rx350, Mike Penta called my father (not me, the buyer) to tell him price is actually $10,000+ more than price I agreed to. Apparently Mike Penta erroneously quoted me a 2013, instead of 2015 & I had to pay for his mistake...rather my father gave Lexus the $ for Penta's mistake. When confronted, Mike said I can go to another dealership but why bother if my father is giving me the 10K? 2)Mike Penta kept trying to change the time & date of my delivery from what we agreed upon, he kept forgetting things we would discuss & always confused me with someone else--he never had my file in front of his face or took notes when we spoke; 3) Penta agreed to have cuts, scratches & marks taken out of the car by buffing & touch up--this was not done when car was delivered to me; 4) car was supposed to be delivered to me at 1pm, it didn't show up until 4pm & I was never notified. Penta claimed this was not his responsibility to notify me it was late nor the person who was delivering it of the time it was expected; 5)I missed an appointment to have an alarm & remote start installed in car due to late delivery; 6) Penta fought me continuously on a remote start & alarm telling me A) you can't put those into acar with a push button start (this is erroneous, it can be done as per Lexus of Smithtown & any dealership that installs them) & B) you don't need them regardless of what you want & C) Penta claimed his remote start & alarm tech said they can't be installed, 7) the tech Mike Tennebaum that delivered my car was not only 4 hours late, he used my car as a taxi to drop someone else off on way to deliver my car; 8) Tennebaum forgot paperwork for me to sign & left paperwork I'd signed behind & bothered me while I was away & upon my return dealing with my own emergency; 9) Tennebaum kept hanging up on me on the phone every time I spoke with him; 10) Tennebaum has a tendancy to spit when he speaks, I was covered in his spit throughout the 2 hours he was with me & the car; 11) Tennebaum ripped a protective cover off the runner of my car instead of simply answering what it's purpose was, I wanted the protection & he said too late. 12) My family has purchased 5 sedans & 3 suvs, family friends purchased more, from this Mike Penta, and he treated me with such disdain & disrespect. Overall, I had the worst experience ever with a dealership; I spent a fortune on a luxury car & for elite service with someone who said he can be trusted because he valued my family's business. I will never bring my car to be serviced or fixed at your dealership, I will never have an alarm or remote start installed there. Penta & Tennebaum were incredibly unprofessional & rude. There is not enough expletives about to describe this horrible experience. More
Another Pleasant Purchase Experience! This was my fourth new Lexus purchased from Lexus of Southampton and the experience was as pleasant and seamless as the first purchase. Frankly, I don't think I would go anywhere else or purchase a different brand of vehicle. The entire team at the dealership, from the receptionist in the showroom to general sales manager Mike Penta, is most welcoming and makes your visit an enjoyable one. Kudos also are in order for Mike Tannenbaum for his very helpful technical support at the time I took delivery. All in all, I am most happy with the whole purchase experience at Lexus of Southampton and would definitely recommend them to any prospective Lexus purchaser. By the way, your waiting room new coffee machine is wonderful serving coffee as good as any Starbucks. More

He was such a nice guy and he didn't pressure me into buying I'm extremely happy with Lexus of Southampton and especially my salesman Mike Cavaliere. He was such a nice guy and he didn't pressure me into buying the car at all! Mike is down to earth which is why I gave him this opportunity to beat a price I was given and he worked his hardest and beat the price. He was very accessible and answered all of my questions. I honestly had no intention of buying the car at this dealership, but Mike left an impression and I felt I owed it to him to give him the last shot. Michael Tannenbaum was very knowledgeable and was great showing me all the technology features that the car has to offer. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Cavaliere and Lexus of Southampton to my family and friends! More

The personal service given by my salesman Frank Knoll makes you feel like family. The detail on the operation of the new car cannot be any more complete than that given by Mike Tannenbaum. He has complete knowledge of all the models. No question goes unanswered. The care given by the service dept is also a reason I come here. I am in and out for a regular service in less than 1 hour. It is never a problem to get an appointment,sometimes on the same day you call. More
