Went in for oil change, wasn't greeted by anyone upon pulling into service driveway, saw 3 service people in an office who glanced at me and went back to their conversation. Mitch acted like I was annoying him, got up and checked me in, no greeting, no smile, no conversation other than was my car doing anything out of the ordinary and my 90K mile service is coming up. Was informed it would be an hour and 20 minute wait, appointment took 2 hours. As I paid, the girl at service cashier informed me my car was in the driveway. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no have a nice day...this is what we get when we purchase a "luxury" brand? Sacramento is severely lacking in service standards in general, I guess it is the same at Sacramento Lexus too, although I thought this brand would be a step above the rest.. Bought my vehicle in Southern California at Newport Lexus, this dealership should spend a few days there and learn from them what service is all about...they are professional and friendly. I'd go to Lexus Roseville, but apparently it is owned by same owner as Sacramento...extremely disappointed that my Lexus dealership service options are so limited in Sacramento and not looking forward to my next service with these unfriendly, unprofessional employees. As usual, Jeff took the very best care of me and our LS460. We've been returning to your dealership for service for 13 years and I have never had more outstanding care for mu Lexus(s). Cal. were I used several dealers...ho-hum service...terrible follow up. But not here in Sac town. Ever since we switched to Jeff Dyke we have most pleased. Heck, I would have bought my vehicle from Jeff had he been a sales person. My wife and I are so pleased with his treatment of us and our cars, we made up a certificate of excellence and gave it to him in January of this year. Ask him to show it to you (it's quite nice if I don't mind saying so myself). As all previous reviews have mentioned, Jeff is a shining example of what service should always be...he represents Lexus of Sacramento in the most positive way.
