Kent Owens should held as an example to what customer service is all about. We had leased a RX 350 in 2007. We where part of the Lexus familiy. We stopped at the dealership to look at a Lexus ES 350. We had not been in a Lexus, much less driven one, but our mechanic suggested we look at one. We had test driven the Honda Accord, and a couple models of Acura earlier in the week. Kent Owens was our salesman, and though he was very busy, he told us why we were going to love the Lexus sedan, and took us for a test drive. I immediately loved that car, though it was pricier than what we originally planned to spend. Kent ran some numbers for us, and as we were 45 minutes late for a dinner event, we took the papers and left, saying we would call the next day. The next afternoon, I called Kent and we made a deal on the car. Kent said we had to pick it up that day if we wanted it at the price quoted, so we went in to pick it up. Again, the dealership was swarming with people hoping to make an end-of-year deal, and it took some time to complete the paperwork, but we drove away with our car, and an appointment to come back in a couple of days for an orientation. When we returned, Kent spent at least two hours going over everything with us, including setting up our I-phones with the blue tooth system. We are very happy with the way we were treated, and thoroughly impressed that at no time, did anyone try to tack on any expenses that had not been quoted right up front. I was then directed to Mr. Kent Owens, Internet and Fleet Manager, who responded immediately. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, and he completely focused on my personal interest, financial capabilities, and also I perceived his continued reassurance to ensure that I had complete peace of mind with any decisions I would make about purchasing an upgrade to my 2002 Lexus. I never felt pressured at any time during the transaction, in fact I was helped in ways that went beyond an ordinary sale. And the follow-up has been incredibly impressive. Kent took the time to sit with me and go over the navigation system a couple of days later and WITHOUT ONE doubt in my mind, I know I can count on the fact that any upcoming problems will be handled unquestioned and promptly. Mr, Owens also completed transferred everything from my 2002 Lexus to the newly purchased one. I really do not have a word for the way I was treated. I have NEVER experienced such REMARKABLE customer service, above and beyond and truly he went the extra mile with me. Mr. Dave Carnes in Finance (doing all the necessary financial paperwork) was a delight to sit with and complete. Again no pressure, just very informative, polite, assistance. Also Christina Carson, Service Consultant would be among all the above compliments. I cannot say enough about this dealership. More

We experienced a couple issues with our 2007 LS460. First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. I called Lexus of Portland and got no help, I called Lexus USA and still no solution to shut off First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. When I called Lexus of Sacramento they told me what they thought the problem was immediately. Mitch Dean took the car into the service bay and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The following day, Friday, we were in St Helena, CA for a Saturday wedding and had a total battery failure which locked the car down. We had issues trying to jump it. Lexus USA was only willing to tow it to Santa Rosa, where the dealer told me they could not even look at the car until the following Thursday. Since I was walking the bride down the aisle, it was important for me to attend the wedding. After 4 hours and two tow trucks we got the car started and I drove it to Sacramento late Friday night. On Saturday the service dept opens at 8:00 am and Mitch got our car in an out in about 30 minutes. Mitch Dean was unbelievably professional and caring. My wife and I were really stressed about making the wedding,and getting the car back into working condition. It was not fun to be stranded on a Friday night 600 miles from home and get little help from most of the Lexus people I talked with. Lexus was willing to pay to take the car to the closest dealer, but they could not look at it for 5 more days. We needed to get the car 90 miles to a dealer who would fix it. Mitch calmly went through our best options and was helping us all the way. Mitch commented that all we really needed was someone who cared. He truly cared and is a huge asset to Lexus of Sacramento. We truly thank him! More

Robert was very helpful in my decision to buy a used 2008 Lexus RX350 as a gift for my mother. We test drove the car, and I was sold on the quality of the vehicle right then. I just had to wait for the "go-ahead" from my dad for the color....to make sure it's something my mom would want...since it was a surprise. Robert called the next day to see if I had made a decision and I "gave a handshake" over the phone and told him I would be up the next day with a check! He then made it more special by having the car detailed and a huge red bow placed on it, so that when we came in, my mom would be surprised.....AND SHE WAS SURPRISED. We came to the dealership (she didn't know what was going on), and we walked over to the car with the big red bow and she said, "look at that nice car with the bow, just like the commercials!" I then asked her, "do you like this car?" She said, "yes". I then told her..."this car is yours". She said, "what?" I then said again, "this car is yours, I bought it for you!" Her mouth dropped open and she started to cry. What an awesome experience. Thank you Robert! I definitely recommend this dealership! And when my Chevy Tahoe blows up, I'm gonna buy a Lexus from this dealership! More
