Luxury with Safety in mind After having my LS430 totalled from a rear end accident, I came to really appreciate the quality and safety aspects of the Lexus as I was not injured. After having my LS430 totalled from a rear end accident, I came to really appreciate the quality and safety aspects of the Lexus as I was not injured. The headrest and lumbar support really protected me. I knew that I did not want to consider buying any other car than a Lexus. The luxury of the Lexus is great, but after having an accident, I really appreciate all the airbags, especially in the back when I am driving my grandchildren. I decided on the RX350 and then I shopped on the internet until I found the car I wanted. Mike K and Mike Z were both very pleasant to work with and really appreciate Mark's tech help. I had some service work done at Roseville Lexus on my previous car and I knew that I was not going to buy from them. So, I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento and I am very glad that I did. I live in Redding and I will get my oil changes at Lithia Toyota, then I can just go to Sacramento for service work. I like to be loyal to the place with I purchase my car. After our first test drive, we got out of the car and he said "I'll be here until 8:00 tonight. Call me and let me know what you want to do." then he just walked away. We were very impressed! He was also very accomodating and took the contract for signature to our home for my wife to sign since she was not able to get to the dealership. As a person who likes to do their homework, I left and test drove a Cadillac SRX and a Acura MDX. Long story short, the Lexus 350RX spoke to my heart!
