It was late in the evening and we decided to drive to the Lexus dealership on Fulton Ave. Jim Carpenter was just leaving to end his work day. He saw us pull up and gave us time to look around the lot. He than aprouched us and was asking us questions. I never felt like he was hounding us and following us around. He said what he had to say about the Lexus and gave us his card and left for the evening. I did go back the next day and purchased my Lexus. J I recently went to Lexus of Sacramento to inquire about the cost of a new GS 350. I had no intentions of making a purchase at that time. However! John Dickinson and Jim Carpenter were more than helpful in getting me into a lease I couldn't refuse. Fortunately, they had the right GS 350 on the lot. I left Lexus of Sacramento with a brand new GS 350 just the way I wanted it with no drive off payment and a much lower monthly payment than I had been making. What a crew! These guys are great. More
