My experience We all know how frustrating it can be when we enter a place of business that specializes in sales. You walk in just to shop around, but before you kno We all know how frustrating it can be when we enter a place of business that specializes in sales. You walk in just to shop around, but before you know it, you're pressured into purchasing their product and or ignored if they feel as though you're not going to purchase anything. Well, I can assure you that's NOT what I experienced at Lexus of Sacramento! I was greeted with a genuine smile as soon as I arrived and was of course offered water because hydration is of the upmost importance hanging in the Sacramento heat. The dealership was clean and the overall atmosphere was friendly. Anywho, I met with Ron K, my sales rep; there isn't enough alloted character space in this review for me to explain how awesome he is. He sat there and worked with me; ultimately assisted in getting me what I wanted at the price requested. Ron was patient, very knowledgable and kind. It was evident that he really wanted to see me leave with the vehicle I had my eyes on ( 2017 IS 200t). Everything about him was genuine! I keep bragging about Ron because he's awesome, but the entire team was great; from the gentlemen in finance to the other gentlemen that helped personalize the car's gadgets to my needs. I would most definitely recommend this dealership. More
