Best place in Sacramento to purchase a car! Jamal Kabir and Chuck Moore are extremely responsive and welcoming of customers. I visited several car dealerships and was not treated as well as Lexus Sacramento. Jamal and Chuck were straightforward about the pricing and details of the vehicle. They answered all questions timely and we were able to make a great deal. These guys are super professional and accommodating. They go above and beyond what a luxury car dealership is supposed to be! I ended up purchasing a used 2015 certified gs 350. It is immaculate and it almost seems brand new! Make sure you go to Jamal Kabir and Chuck Moore and you won't be disappointed!!!!!! More
Perfect car and outstanding sales experience I have been in sales my entire life so I apreciate it very much when I meet a person who takes the time to understand my needs, actually takes the tim I have been in sales my entire life so I apreciate it very much when I meet a person who takes the time to understand my needs, actually takes the time to listen to what I want, how much I can afford and then gives me options that far exceed my expectations. Ron Kaulen is that kind of sales professional. I could have bought a Lexus from a number of dealerships and did look around quite a bit, but in the end it was Ron's ability to understand my needs and then follow through and find me the perfect car that truly impressed me. He never pushed me . Not once did I feel that typical car salesman pressure I truly dread. Bottom line. It was an enjoyable transaction and an incredible deal on a beautiful car. I was greatest with the utmost courtesy without any pushiness that I have found at most car dealers. I was given to a senior salesman, Don Wert, who gave me a terrific experience. Don simply gave me information and allowed me to test drive all the vehicles I was interested in. As a woman you always are concerned about getting taken advantage of by dealers. The price I was quoted was very good, better than other prices I saw online. They also gave me better than average price for my trade in. Every person there was extremely helpful and friendly. Mr. Wert then accompanied me on a test drive. Before deciding, I test drove many RX's with different options. After all was said and done I decided on an RX I wasn't even considering! When it came to making and closing the purchase I was introduced to Sales Manager, Mr. Jamal Kabir. He treated me like royality. Never have I had the attention or the experience he afforded me. Not when it comes to buying a car! I was afforded patience, not pressure. I was afforded time, never rushed. I was afforded answers to every question with explanations. Most of all, I was afforded respect and made to feel like I was the most important person on the property. That was a year ago. Since then, I've been back for two (2) courtesy services. Everyone that works there that happens to run into you greets you. "What brings you in today?" "Nice to see you again." "Hey, back for a second one?" Even the General Manager, Christian Simon, saw me and took time to come over, shake my hand saying, "It's nice to see you again." Needless to say, I'll only drive a Lexus and when the time comes to buy another one, it'll be Lexus of Sacramento. And I might add, I'm really looking forward to it! Thank You Mr. Kabir and Mr. Wert! Hands down best customer service!!! I started at the Roseville Lexus dealership. The initial guy that I was working with was fine. We weren't able to negotiate the deal I was looking for I started at the Roseville Lexus dealership. The initial guy that I was working with was fine. We weren't able to negotiate the deal I was looking for. Within an hour, I received a call from Roseville asking to come back because they thought they could do the deal. When I went back, it was a different salesman. He was very rude and put off a vibe that he didn't need to provide service because I was buying the car either way. I was less than enthused with the attitude from this guy and decided I would go elsewhere for a car. I went to Sacramento Lexus and was immediately greeted by Ron with kindness and exceptional customer service. I had explained the situation and let him know I liked the car over at Roseville. He made it happen! They were able to negotiate the deal and get me out of there with the new car within an hour. Ron couldnt have been any more professional and kind throughout the process. I will absolutely go back to him for my car needs as well as refer any and all business to him! He has definitely earned his 5 stars on this one!!!! Thank you, Ron! More

Needless to say looking turned into buying and I am so happy I did. My salesperson Charlie made all the difference. I never felt pressured or like I was being haggled. Let's be real buying a car is buying a car, they need to make money I want a good price. I don't know how much they made but I do know I was able to trade in a car I had for less than two years with plenty of negative equity and leave with the exact car I wanted at a very good price. If you're looking for a top notch experience with outstanding customer service, go see them. If you want the very best, ask for Charlie. He's like your favorite uncle, funny, smart and relaxed! More
