Our Second Lexus Purchase from Lexus of Sacramento We had researched Auto Trader and Costco Auto Program but decided to start here with our initial search as we had purchased a prior Lexus from this We had researched Auto Trader and Costco Auto Program but decided to start here with our initial search as we had purchased a prior Lexus from this agency. I should note that both Auto Trader and Costco's Auto Program were helpful and had similar certified models however required our traveling out of our 25 mile search radius. My initial contact was with Kent Owens who was very responsive to our initial inquiry. However upon arrival Kent was with another customer leading us to Michael Kennedy. The hand-off to Michael was very professional and allowed for continuity in dialogue initially established with Kent. Michael took his time to explain the details of the car despite the annual Fulton Avenue car show that completely interrupted access to their agency and normal operations. As a result of Mike's attentiveness / sensitivity to our needs the visit culminated into us driving off with a nice certified Lexus. By the way their Delivery Specialist (Samantha Williamson) took the time to get us acquainted to our new purchase while also offering any assistance (including home visits to program our garage opener). They were low, so contacted 2 other dealers that quoted to tell them we were going with Sacramento; they then tried to undercut Sacramento, so I contacted Sacramento to see if they could match, they not only matched they went below. I drove 175 miles (one way) and the experience only got better. I've bought about 20 new cars in my lifetime and never had a better experience purchasing a new car. With 47,000 miles on. 2 year vehicle, got a small discount which in comparison shopping still made the vehicle at the same price other vehicles with 12,000 to $15000 less were going for. This gave me a bit of buyers remorse because I spent sa lot more than I wanted having wanted a 4 year old vehicle and purchasing a 2 year old vehicle. Still think finance manager could have taken another $1,000 off. Maybe should have gone at end of month. Ugh More
