Totally Shocked! My family members and I have been coming to this dearship for years and never had any bad experiences. During this particular visit, I needed the help My family members and I have been coming to this dearship for years and never had any bad experiences. During this particular visit, I needed the help of the sales department to obtain a printout of vehicle specifications from a VIN. I was looking to purchase a used Lexus from a private seller who couldn't clearly explain all the features, hence why I wanted the printout. A couple years ago I made this same resquest. The sales department gave me printout and it resulted in me purchasing that particular vehicle which I currently bring to them for service. This time it was a different story. The receptionist paged for an available sales representative to assist with my request. Kathy shows up and I asked her to help me with the printout. She asked if it was for one of their cars on the lot and I told her it was not. I explained it was for an older used vehicle that I'm trying to purchase from a private seller. Kathy's response was that she couldn't do that and they don't have the capability to do that. I was surprised to hear that and I told her the sales department helped me with this request before and it was not a problem the last time. After a short awkward pause, she proceeded to ask someone else in an office who said it's not problem and all they needed was the VIN. Kathy asks me for the VIN and I told her I needed to log into my account on my phone to get them the VIN. Her response was, "You should've had it ready." I ignored her comment as I logged into my account. Then all of a sudden she lets out a loud sigh. I was shocked! I looked up, stared her straight in the eyes and asked her if I was bothering her somehow. I asked her why she was trying to rush me. She said she was just waiting to give the guy the VIN. I said, "I'm the customer here, what's your rush? I can give the guy the VIN myself." I eventually got the printout, thanked Kathy and left. I'm still surprised by the whole event. I won't be asking Kathy for help ever again. More
