The customer service is good. I purchased a 2017 Lexus last year. I have been taking it to Lexus of Sacramento for its maintenance every 5000 miles as recommended. The last two times after being serviced last year. I have been taking it to Lexus of Sacramento for its maintenance every 5000 miles as recommended. The last two times after being serviced I am experiencing issues with the car. The windshield wiper fluid does not come out (worked before taking it to the dealer. Now my air conditioner is blowing out warm air). I mentioned the wiper fluid and was told that the hood of the car had been painted. Not sure when this had happen. I am frustrated with the overall service that is being done with the technicians. More
