Dear Lexus of Sacramento, I was apprehensive about visiting a car dealership because of past negative experiences in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My latest experience with Lexus of Sacramento h visiting a car dealership because of past negative experiences in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My latest experience with Lexus of Sacramento has changed that. I was in search of a preowned late model Mazda CX-5 which Lexus of Sacramento was advertising at an extremely fair price. I called to inquire about its availability and was connected to Mr. Anthony (‘Tony’) Uzoh. Tony was informative, and very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns prompting my appointment to visit Lexus of Sacramento the very next day. After the test drive, we moved into the phase of purchasing the vehicle. Unlike my past experiences, the process of purchasing the vehicle from Lexus of Sacramento was very pleasant experience. Tony was informative, without the high pressure that I’ve experience in the past. I felt like a valued customer during this entire process despite the fact I wasn’t buying a brand-new Lexus. The high-pressure gamesmanship was absent though this process, which I feel is a credit to the leadership of Lexus of Sacramento. Tony advised me that they needed to prep the car before delivery and I would be a short wait. When the car was delivered, it had a full tank of gas, fresh oil change and interior was emasculate; they even cleaned the engine compartment! I must acknowledge Lexus of Sacramento, Tony Uzoh, and everyone else involved in providing stellar customer experience and service. Thank you for such a positive experience.
