My experience started off on a very positive note. The first day was excellent—your team made me feel excited and happy about the process. I signed the contract and completed all the necessary steps, and everything seemed ready to go. However, there was an issue retrieving the payment from Bank of America due to me being pre-approved but not fully approved. I completely understand this part, as nothing could be done until the actual approval letter was received, which came 24 hours later. Once I had the approval, I returned to the dealership. I waited over 30 minutes, and eventually someone brought me the keys and confirmed that everything looked good and I was all set. At that point, I had no idea there were any remaining steps. The next morning, I received a call from the finance manager waking me up and informing me that I wasn’t supposed to be given the keys, and that some documents still needed to be signed electronically. I was half-asleep and unfortunately forgot to complete it right away. The following day, I received another call from the same person, who was noticeably upset and blamed me for the delay, saying the document had expired and now we “just have to wait and see what happens.” This was extremely frustrating. The miscommunication and lack of coordination made what should’ve been a smooth experience feel stressful and unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service, I know the importance of clear communication and accountability. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience. (FYI I still don’t know what is going to happen at this point) 🤷♂️ More
