Lexus of Riverside

I had been car shopping for about 8 months and Lexus shopping for about 2 months. I had probably dealt with about 25 dealerships and twice the number of sales people. It was a very frustrating experienc shopping for about 2 months. I had probably dealt with about 25 dealerships and twice the number of sales people. It was a very frustrating experience with some sales people trying to to charge a mark up over MSRP and others telling me the color combination I wanted would be very difficult to find (there were plenty, they just had all these shiny add-ons that I hated - yes hated. LOL). Gabriel reached out with the perfect car, but it was the plug-in and waaaaay over budget (I was looking at premium and luxury models but was actually considering the base model by this time because I didn't want to pay for add-ons I hated). Gabriel was very friendly and accommodating and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and discussed numbers with me. We came to a happy medium and I agreed to drive the 2 hours to the dealership to purchase the car. At first I was worried that since they didn't take deposits, it would be sold before I got there. During my first car-buying experience, 2 cars that I was signing the paperwork for got sold before I could complete the paperwork. Gabriel assured me he would hold it for me and sure enough, the car was waiting for me. He helped me apply all the promotions I could (COSTCO, lease rebate, etc) and got a very good price for it. I dreaded going to Finance, afraid that I would be sales talked into buying so many other add-ons. I was adamant about not adding more so Lisa just briefly talked about the offers and patiently answered my questions. She made it a surprisingly easy and stress-free process. There was finally a part of the car-buying process that I enjoyed vs. my first car-buying experience with another dealership where I felt I had been taken advantage of. This time, with Lexus Riverside, I felt I had truly gotten my money's worth, from the experience, to the product itself. A month later, I love my car and every time I look at it I'm reminded of how well I was treated by Gabriel and Lisa at Lexus Riverside. No buyers remorse whatsoever (unlike last time with another dealership/brand! Ha!) :) More

This review is long overdue. Waris was my sales consultant, he was simply fantastic from the day I connected with him till the day the deal was done. Waris was knowledgeable, caring, professional, friendly and helped me locate my dream car. He made the buying experience simple and fought hard for my business. When it was all said and done, I was happy to make the drive to Riverside dealership to pick up my car and buy it from Waris (I live near Pasadena). At the dealership, Waris and the entire team at Lexus of Riverside were friendly and helpful. The Finance Manager was pleasant to work with as well. Waris took the time to explain about the various features with my new Lexus (My last car purchase was 20 years ago!). He also put the bow on my new car, and my wife and I took many pictures with my very first Lexus. As you can tell, I had a very positive and pleasant experience with Lexus of Riverside.
