The process was quite smooth and when the first car was not what we wanted, they were happy to do a search to come up with the right vehicle for us! They also gave us a great price!. I have had a very bad experience at the Service Department of Riverside Lexus. I wanted to download the newest version of navigation data on my 2013 RX350. They ordered the chip and made an appoint Department of Riverside Lexus. I wanted to download the newest version of navigation data on my 2013 RX350. They ordered the chip and made an appointment to fix the problem in about two hours. I took the car there and after waiting about two hours, they discovered that they needed additional hardware to download the new data (they didn’t know it before making the appointment?). They made another appointment, and after a few days, I took the car there again. This time it took about three hours to finish the job. They said that the latest info covers navigational data up to 2019. In the presence of their associate, I entered the address of a hotel built in 2018, but it didn’t show up. He tried, the result was the same. I had paid $470 (after a discount of $81) for an update which was not functioning. I asked for a return, and he (who was very polite and friendly) took me to the managers. Four people were in the manager’s office, and the manager told me that they were not responsible for the navigation data! I said here is Lexus dealership and you installed Lexus latest navigation data of 2019 and you are not responsible? He said that they cannot remove the new part, but I have to pay for the labor! The part was about $160 and I had to pay about $310 for nothing! I refused and they finally returned the money. The ugliest thing was the lack of this simple word “Sorry” in the manager’s vocabulary. I had spent 5 hours for their nonfunctional service and they didn’t acknowledge their fault! More

Worst buying experiences in the last 20 years of buying vehicles from various dealerships. Sales person who I unfortunately had to deal with is an un-professional, unethical, liar.
