While I was shopping around, some dealerships took a long time to reply or kept insisting on phone calls or in-person visits. Lexus of Riverside was different. They were quick to respond, informative, and never pushy. Jacob, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He provided quotes, explained the specifications clearly, and patiently answered all of my questions, even in the evenings. He also coordinated my pickup smoothly with Michael. Michael took the time to explain the important features of the car and made the test drive comfortable and informative. Felipe in finance was also excellent. He explained everything clearly, contacted Navy Federal for me, and made the financing process simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate the entire team for making the process smooth and easy. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Lexus of Riverside. More
My experience was great! I was looking for a 2025 IS 350 F Sport with the Cloudburst Gray/Circuit Red color combination. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was about to give up and go with another combo, then, Sales Consultant George King came to the rescue. He told me he had found the vehicle I wanted and would work on getting it to the dealership. The next day, the vehicle was on the lot waiting for me! The finance process was timely, smooth and efficient. Overall, Lexus of Riverside provided great customer service. They communicated through email and text messaging throughout and always answered question I had in a timely manner. Good vibes at this place and in my experience, they went the extra mile to satisfy the customer, very pleased. More
This experience was a mixed bag. The purchase of a NX450h plug in hybrid was very good, with them finding one in Newport Beach and them sending driver to pick it up for us. The beat the price asked for by another dealer and the purchase experience was very easy and good. The only disappointing part of the experience was the trade in. The really low-balled us on a low mileage RAV4 that we wanted to trade, so we wound up going with Carvana for the this transaction. I recommend that you get your trade in evaluated, and go with CarMax or Carvana, if they try to low ball you on yours. More

This should be a 5 star review. we bought a used rx350 from sam. He is by far the nicest and most helpful sales person I have ever delt with. Absolutely can't praise him enough. we had a little problem with the tpms sensor light coming on 60 miles after purchasing the car. We opted out of the extended warranty. he contacted the used car manager. (Mark) mark called me and was absolutely the rudest jerk I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He told me they wouldn't even try to reset the light. Which would cost them absolutely nothing. said he doesn't want to deal with me calling to complain about the car every other day and told me to deal with it I bought a used car. Continually saying he doesn't want to deal with me and to bring the car back and just return it and take my business to somewhere else. After I had explained I just paid to rent the windows and I like the car and wanted to keep it. He refused to have the service department to even look at it to see what the issue was. And I wasn't asking them to repair it for free. Simply see what the problem was. He was so rude to me sam called me to apologize for his rudeness. everyone else at the dealership was so polite and helpful. I hope nobody has to experience dealing with mark. If you are looking to buy a car please ask for sam. I promise you won't be disappointed with his service. if you are buying a car from the pre owned steer clear of having anything to do with mark. He was so unbelievably rude if I was there in person I would have put hands on him!! I hope this helps someone else out. More

Frank was my sales guy, and he has been helping me figure out the perfect SUV for a few weeks now. He was so patient and was very communicative during the search process.
