Slava was amazing, and was really great about planning out the trajectory of the entire sales process and also the trade-in process of my vehicle. He was upfront and honest about the trade-in value of my previous car, planned out the trade-in valuation well before the actual car I wanted to purchase arrived at the dealership and allowed me time to get comparative estimates, and finally on the day of the purchase he worked hard to meet me at a number that I thought was fair for the trade-in value of my vehicle and actually a trade-in value that I could walk away happy with. He kept me in the loop during the entire process of the car being delivered to the dealership, and even let me test drive another couple of vehicles before I received my new car. The amount of preparation and hard work to avoid any surprises on the day of the purchase truly earned my respect for not only Slava, but for Lexus of Portland. I was blown away at the excellent service provided by him, and his knowledge of the car, the process, and the human side of understanding me during the whole process. Then, when we went into finance andmet with Lala, she was incredible and the best service I've received at a car dealership. She did not pressure me to buy anything, but really served as a very helpful consultant in the process in letting me know what was available and answering all of my questions as it related to details about each product that I could receive along with the vehicle. The numbers crunched perfectly, and it was so seamless. Then Slava introduced us to Cameron, who was a great tech specialist and was a fun person to drive the car around with. He answered all of our questions perfectly, and even showed us a new trick on parking the car that will forever help me, as I hate parking on my own and am so thankful for such a great feature in the car. Overall, 10 out of 10 for Slava, but also to the overall team I was able to work with at Lexus of Portland. Overall, I love the Lexus of Portland service experience and I prefer to have all my Lexus work done there ... BUT ... the cost of the most of the common services (oil change, new tires, four wheel alignmen and I prefer to have all my Lexus work done there ...
