I found myself at Lexus of Portland three years ago mainly because of Mike Percival. And I came back when my Lease was up because of him. I am thinking of a couple words to put down here to describe Mik mainly because of Mike Percival. And I came back when my Lease was up because of him. I am thinking of a couple words to put down here to describe Mike. Integrity would top the list. Then--Gracious. Not a word that comes to mind for most people when they think of the last person they dealt with in the purchase of a new car. Service at the Dealership has been exemplary. And what's not to like about the waiting lounge? It's the only place I work the daily crossword puzzle, eat sugar donuts and watch Dr. Phil! Seriously--My experience with the Staff has always been pleasant, and I find them all extremely professional, efficient, friendly, helpful, and straight-forward. Work is performed on time, as promised, with no surprise service charges at the end. And I like finishing the call by getting the key back with a miniature box of Lexus Chocolates. More

It's hard for me to compare this experience with other service experiences because I dont have many. We had just bought a '94 SC300 and knew that it needed some work (timing belt). Thought it would be be service experiences because I dont have many. We had just bought a '94 SC300 and knew that it needed some work (timing belt). Thought it would be best to go to Lexus. They are expensive but its ok because I dont know anything about cars. For $278 worth of parts, the labor costed $906. Didnt seem all that reasonable. The loaner car was an '05 ES330. Boring as xxxx car even with a V6, and hella ugly. I'm not much of a Lexus person, but I do enjoy the IS, and SC. I have no idea how beneficial it was going to Lexus vs another auto service place. I've owned many cars and dealt with many service departments (Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche included) this was my first Lexus (bought used from a private party) and this was my first visit for an oil c departments (Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche included) this was my first Lexus (bought used from a private party) and this was my first visit for an oil change and an alignment. Now I know what all the hype is about and why Lexus has developed such a following, especially amongst the affluent who are used to being treated well.

Even though I had the cheapest $30K+ model, I was treated like I bought a $100K car. I was even offered a brand new RX330 "loaner" car for the few hours that my vehicle was in for service. I never even considered a Lexus SUV but enjoyed the 3 hours of driving it so much that I will most likely trade in my problematic X5 for it next year. Great sales strategy, make sure your current customers get a feel for the new models. Great hours for appointments and extremely efficient staff. I'm anticipating very few visits to the dealer given Lexus vehicles' track record, however I don't mind paying for top-notch service. This won't be my last Lexus. More
They used to be fabulous, but service seems to be slipping. My tires wore out at 25,000 miles and they told me it was because I had been driving with the pressure too low. I had asked them twice on s slipping. My tires wore out at 25,000 miles and they told me it was because I had been driving with the pressure too low. I had asked them twice on servcie appointments if they tires looked OK because they looked low to me. They added air once, but never mentioned the issue later - even when I requested rotations. Also, it now takes at least two weeks to get an appointment. More
