Having purchased my third car from this Portland Lexus dealership, I can say folks here are genuine, honest and very fair. Folks here go out of their way to make sure the transaction is easy, smooth and at your pace. The coined invasive questions which you typically get at other dealers are thankfully nonexistent here. Service as perfect as their cars!! My RX350 is always done when they say it will be and at the price quoted. Lexus of Portland is 30 minutes from my house and I could easily take my suv to all the others done when they say it will be and at the price quoted. Sean has been my Service Rep for years now and I couldn't be happier. Between him and Leland, they have made my experience with Lexus the best. Will I be needing some tires, what the approximate cost of the next service etc... It helps me anticipate what to expect. It even helps me evaluate when I think it would be a good time to upgrade to a newer vehicle. (Lexus of course!) Our 2005 Rx 330 had close to 90,000 miles. We looked first at the Mercedes and really liked all it had to offer. Decided look at the Rx Hybrid and found that it fit our needs better.
