We also would like to acknowlege the service we receive when taking our vehicles in for service. The service department is fantastic to work with. They take their time to see that you are well taken care of and that your vehicle is serviced with great care. And, the chocolate isn't half bad either! One recent visit to Lexus, while waiting for our daughter and son-in-law to purchase a new car from Vic, my wife and I were waiting and wondering around the dealership. Not one, but everyone working that day stopped to ask if we needed anything while we waited. I don't think that has every happened at any other dealerhips we've purchased cars from in the 40 years we've been married. It was not annoying to us, but a heartfelt gesture by all the Lexus staff, including the manager. I recently purchased my 2nd car from Evan Whitaker and I have to tell you that it is a very pleasant experience. I had called about having the dealer provide proof that my extended warrantee was never exercised- this allowed me to get a full refund. Mark took ownership of the problem and within an hour found out how my extended warrantee was never exercised- this allowed me to get a full refund. He even had done the research to make sure I would have all the necessary paper work too! His prompt, accurate facilitation (even where there was no benefit to Lexus), was awesome! I have also had all my service conducted at the dealership. They too have always extend extra effort in many ways to make my experience at the dealership to be painless and quality oriented! More
