After researching and preparing for high pressure negotiations, we were very pleased to have a salesperson (Dick Wros) who was knowledgeable and very low pressure. He was able to answer most of the questions we had about the vehicle, and when he didn’t know, he found out quickly from someone who did. When we informed him that we were visiting other dealers that day and left, he handed us his card and simply said “I would like to sell you a vehicle, give me a call if I can help.” No pressure to keep us there or to show us other vehicles. After looking at a few other dealers, it was apparent to us that the vehicle at Lexus was advertised for a very reasonable price, and we liked the low pressure atmosphere. We called Dick back, and we came to an agreed price quickly and painlessly. We’ve had the vehicle for two weeks now, and have no buyer’s remorse.
