Having found the vehicle I was interested in online I contacted the internet department. Morgan made the contact back with me very timely and in a welcoming manner. Morgan answered any questions I had and then, on his own initiative, took the time to provide me a personalized video tour of the vehicle. He did appropriate email and telephone follow up with me but I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Because of Morgan's approach I felt I could trust him and ultimately committed to purchase the car without seeing or driving it. Since I was planning a trip by plane with my elderly mother to/from California which included a layover in Portland it was decided I'd get the car at that time. Morgan met my mother and me at the airport and took excellent care of us as we closed the deal (completed paperwork) and purchased the vehicle. Through the whole process Morgan was professional, friendly and took care of all details. This was probably the best auto purchasing experience I have had in my life and I have purchased somewhere between 20 and 30 vehicles. This was an amazing experience to purchase a car through Lexus of Portland. I loved the atmosphere, everyone was friendly and came across as loving their job. I have two teen agers that in the future I will be looking for cars. My first stop will be calling Tuan and seeing what is on the lot. It was a pleasure to do business with Morgan. Our visit with Morgan was actually our 2nd trip to the dealer. The 1st trip the prior week was not successful. They were so busy and it was so close to closing time, that no sales person was available. So, we were hesitiant to make a 2nd trip a week later. We are now glad that we did. Morgan greeted us as soon as we came into the showroom. After introductions, we told him we didn't know a whole lot about Lexus. He immediately put us at ease and explained the different Lexus models. We were only interested in a used Lexus. He didn't try to hand us off to another salesperson as some dealers do. He had a complete listing of all used cars at his fingertips. We quickly gave him some of our parameters and we found a car to test drive within minutes. I mentioned to my wife, that the test drive was even better than others that I had experienced. It was unusually long. However, it gave me a true sense of the cars ability and showcased it's many technological features. It sold me on the car! From there it continued to be a surprisingly stress free car buying experience. From negotiation to completing the deal, Morgan handled us in a professional, easy manner that made us comfortable with the process.
