In January, my husband and I attended the Portland Auto Show for the first time just to make the car comparison process a tad easier. We hadn't bought a car for 7 years, and even that car was used. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove our brand new ES 350 away, we felt like we were in the right place. Every single Lexus team member, especially our Sales Consultant Tuan Tran made us feel sincerely special. Every single question was answered with kindness and patience. We saw our car in the showroom, and the next thing I know we're test driving the most amazing ES 350. The dealership is clean and organized and offer quality new and used products. They also have a 48 hour return policy on used inventory, which is reassuring. When I walked into this dealership, I knew what I was looking for exactly what I was looking for. I knew in the past when dealing with other dealerships, I did usually know more about the vehicle than th looking for exactly what I was looking for. Tuan was more than helpful and at many times went out of his way just to make sure that I got the deal sealed and the vehicle ready to be done on time. Since I am in the military and was racing against time to be able to get back down to California. Tuan made sure that the vehicle price was matched to my needs and specifications.
