My service rep was Brett Day, but everyone I ran into and talked to at the dealership was delightful and ready to help. I ended up buying a used 06 Hyundai that was in on a trade and it is in great shape. There was a small dent and they fixed it in one day and more than exceeded my expectations. This place is clean, quality, and friendly. You might pay a little more in price at this place but you are getting what you pay for when you purchase here! They brought up the carfax and the blue book pricing for the car and were very open to reasonable negotiation. I did not feel scammed at all. Highly, highly recommend!! The service department always seems to care when you drive in. While I had to bring my car back since a part had to be ordered, Bill called me to let me know the part was in and then had the car ready drive in. Our experience with Daniel Okhotin has been consistently excellent. At the time of sale he answered every question we had, was firm but not pushy and told us he would be available after purchase to help us excellent. We have called him many times at the dealer, and at home with questions and he has never told us to just read th manual. We live across the mountain from the dealer and becuase of Daniels help we have not had to return to the dealer for answers to our questions.
