Service and parts are a joke and a rip off I needed the wiring harness to the fan. When you ask for the part, you get a blank stare wanting us to give them the part number. Since I didn't know I needed the wiring harness to the fan. When you ask for the part, you get a blank stare wanting us to give them the part number. Since I didn't know the part number (why would I as its their job) They wanted the service department to see if they could figure out the part we needed since the parts department couldn't help. Service was more than happy to help at shop rate an hour for anywhere from 1-10 hours. So you want me to pay $1000 for you to tell me what part I need? Autozone would tell me the part if they had it, but being a new car, this is dealer only. I have never seen such poor service and blatant attempt to rip someone off. More
