Duy Dang have to work hard to place the 2016 RX on hold for 48hrs when it arrive at the dealer. How ever, the RX not even arrive yet and other sale try to sale the car that Duy Dang put on hold for me. It bad for business when Duy have to fight over a car with other sale man for me. If it weren't for Duy, I would try to buy from other places. I gave Duy a Five star. More

We discussed pricing and they made me a fair price proposal. The situation ended up with me not acting on the car of choice fast enough and it went to a different buyer.
