Go work with her, she's easily one of the best sales people I've ever met. I like that she does not beat around with 4-squares and other cheese-ball sales tactics. She just says what she can do and then makes it happen. As for the service department, mixed experience there. Usually they are good. They quoted me on some tires a while back, and it seemed expensive so I said I wanted to shop around. They seemed to get really bent out of shape over that. However, all things being equal they're a good service center. Waiting room is awesome. Yes, I steal the donuts. :-) More

We then offered them a $500 cash deposit leaving the check and car with them until our confirmed inheritance arrived via our attorney on Tuesday they turned us down flat. We just went to a different great dealership today paid cash for a Cadillac CTS. If your not driving a elite vehicle and dressed up Kuni Lexus treats you like trash. I asked to speak to the finance manager even though I was paying for the vehicle in full and got turned down. More
Refuses to Answer a Simple Service Question I need to remove the Overhead Console on my Lexus. It's the module positioned just behind the rear view mirror that holds various controls, including I need to remove the Overhead Console on my Lexus. It's the module positioned just behind the rear view mirror that holds various controls, including the garage door opener. There are two screws holding the forward side. When those are removed it's apparent the back side is retained in some way. I suspect it's just a matter of pulling down hard on the back side so two clips are disengaged. I called service to ask how to complete the removal. The lady told me she couldn't give me that information, but if I came in they could do the removal. They would, of course, charge me. I could also pay to access a website to get the information. Why the silence? The excuse offered was they couldn't be held responsible if I did something wrong. But of course they couldn't, I am the one doing the operation. Besides, to demonstrate liability I would have to prove they gave me wrong information. Are they so remiss they dispense false information? Such a simple question with such a simple answer. I called another dealer and was readily given the information. More

Here is my story, my car was unable to unlock on January 10th and I called Tow Company to tow my car to Lexus located in Beaverton, I was watching the whole time while the tow driver was towing my car. And I made sure that everything was fine before letting it go. I picked up my car three days after. While there, I found a big crack on the windshield of my car. I told them immediately about the crack on the windshield. One of their staff come over and check it and he said that they can't do anything about it because they don't know what caused it and they have to report the problem to their manager. (That should be their responsibility since it happened during the repair) After the staff told me that they don't have authority to make decision, its understandable. But I felt really unsafe to drive my car back home with that big crack on the windshield. And I asked if possible that they can lent me a car or give me a ride. They told me that they couldn’t do it because of unknown reasons cause my windshield broken and I have to drive my car to home. That was very irresponsible and unethical on their part but I have NO choices but driving my car back home with unpredictable consequences. On 16th, the manager of Lexus called me and asked what happened to the car. I described everything to him. He apologized but he wouldn’t do anything for the damage and BLAMED EXTREME COLD WEATHER might cause it or other factors. It’s not a big deal that I pay out of my packet to replace windshield. Its about how unethical and irresponsible Kuni Lexus of Beaverton is, I’ve recommended friends and families to buy the brand but it’s never going to happen and would even discourage people because they are not worth it after being their customer for so many years and this was the treatment that I got from them. I just want to share my story to everyone and just a friendly reminder to everyone when they go to Beaverton Lexus purchase car or do repair, pay more attention because what had happened to me was unacceptable. The excuse from the manager was super lame and irresponsible. More

Lexus did not let me down and I am now in a better car, better finance rate, and a lower car payment. I am still amazed at the level of professionalism and at how helpful Lexus was to me. They went over and above anything I have ever experienced in a car buying process.. Thank you Lexus! More

They had a couple of vehicles that interested me, so I contacted their online sales rep and received immediately a response back from Jeneva. We set up an appointment via email and then I arrived at their showroom the next day. After driving the 2012 VW GLI, I fell in love with it. She was super helpful in helping me through a decision for buying a new car as opposed to a used one, and even though the dealership might have made more money selling new, she had my best interest in mind and that solidified my trust with her and Lexus. Overall the best car buying experience ever! More
Lots of promises - zero follow through I selected a car to purchase and made arrangements to return the next day to pick it up. I asked the sales person, David Marshall to send me the vehicle inspection report, the Autocheck report, to check about a towing package, find out how many keys the vehicle had etc. I was a cash buyer and followed up with a text about how to transfer the money or if I could write a check - how they would like me to pay. I kept waiting for the documents but they did not come in. We talked after I left the dealership and then I waited and waited for the documents I had requested. At 7pm that night I got a call saying the car had been sold? xxx! My follow up calls have gone completely unanswered. Read the reviews on line - 20% Plus of the clients are very unhappy with this dealer. More
