As always, Don Smith made the whole service experience easy and pleasant. It was disappointed and confused that we got rejected @ pdx dealership yesterday . We walked in at 3pm, immediately were told no sales available to assist us cause we didn’t make the appointment ( No sugge pdx dealership yesterday . We walked in at 3pm, immediately were told no sales available to assist us cause we didn’t make the appointment ( No suggestion online or when I called beforehand) we ended up going home where we drove 50 minutes away. Understand it’s the special moment that limits the employees to work, it’s not the salesperson but the Lexus leadership doesn’t support their employees so lead this disappointment to their customers! We are the Loyalty customers own 3rd Lexus, was going to purchase the 4th one. More
