Overall, the visit here was better than the last time I was in the dealership to look at vehicles. However, I almost walked out when we were told that the extended 2 year warranty was cancelled by Lexus ( was in the dealership to look at vehicles. However, I almost walked out when we were told that the extended 2 year warranty was cancelled by Lexus (or your dealership - whichever it does not matter) the DAY AFTER I first contacted the salesman about the vehicle. Coincidence or not, that should have been conveyed right at the start. That is a xxxxxxxx sales practice. And I don't believe for one second that the warranty cancellation was never conveyed in weekly/daily standup meetings. So I may or may not be in again. I can pick up vehicles anywhere, and now having dealt with Lexus, as well as Mercedes and Infiniti, I'm convinced that dealership practices are pretty much standard across the board no matter what brand of vehicle I'm looking to purchase. More
