Worst experience of my life. I was promised help and solutions if I brought my car to Lexus... I was jacked around by two service advisors; Summer and Tyson. They lied and provided poor advice. Spencer Caley was very helpful as soon as we arrived. He looked up what was needed and how long it would take. Jeff, my service advisor, was great. I was in and out of there in a jiffy (it was an oil change). Still no complimentary margarita machine, but I'm dealing with that.
