We left an other dealer disappointed and walked across the lot to Lexus. The sales force immediately approached us, asked what our expectations were, and then exceeded them. We went from possibly overpayi the lot to Lexus. The sales force immediately approached us, asked what our expectations were, and then exceeded them. We went from possibly overpaying for an everyday car to taking home my wife’s dream car via a 20 minute interaction (not counting the test drive)! I highly recommend them!! More

We had a great experience with Lexus of Peoria. Michelle Howell was very helpful to us and while we had to wait a bit to get the car we wanted the delivery of our car yesterday made up for it all!! What a blessing to meet someone that cared about pleasing the customer and representing his employer with pride. His personal attention and commitment to make the deal with us on a RX350 that we wanted, was a breath of fresh air. A friendly friendship developed and it was a business transaction with no surprises. Evan introduced us to two of his teammates, Becky Grant and Scott Saver.
