John Stiegel has always taken care of my cars and he is always straight with me on service and worked with me to get my car in tip for 6 years now. Service department lies about car status, lies about denial of warranty claims, and lies about ordering parts. Not good people avoid!! Brought in a car with a dead battery, claimed $600 repair cost, be denial of warranty claims, and lies about ordering parts. Not good people avoid!! Brought in a car with a dead battery, claimed $600 repair cost, because had to check out charging system. Took 6 months to order struts and trim. Tries to invalidate warranty to collect more cash. Worst dealer I have used, so much for the Lexus standard. BBB rating F, no surprise. More
