AWEFUL SERVICE DEPT LEXUS OF PEMBROKE PINES HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING YOU A CAR!! MY GOD!! I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT MY EX LEXUS OF PEMBROKE PINES HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING YOU A CAR!! MY GOD!! I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE GETTING MY NEW CAR. THE NIGHTMARE REALLY STARTS WHEN IT COMES TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED....WHERE TO START?. 1. CALL TO MAKE AN APPT: EVERY TIME I CALL, TO MAKE AN APPT TO GET MY CAR SERVICED I GET BOUNCED AROUND 3-4 TIMES AND I'M ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 10-15 MINUTES. NOT TO MENTION THAT THE RECEPTIONIST SOUNDS SUPER ANNOYED AND LIKE SHE JUST WANTS TO GET RID OF YOU. 2. YOU ONLY GET A LOANER IF YOUR CAR NEEDS A FULL SERVICE, IF YOU NEED ONLY OIL CHANGES, NO LOANER IS PROVIDED. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE OR TAKE A SHUTTLE. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE THEY KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS!!!! IT WAS ONLY REGULAR SERVICE, ON THE 4TH DAY I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING WITH MY CAR BECAUSE NOBODY HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS!!!! WHEN THEY HAD TOLD ME IT WAS READY!!! MY CAR WAS LOST!! THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID, SURPRISE!!! THEY DID NOT WASH IT AS THEY PROMISED. 3. THE 2ND TIME AROUND THEY MADE ME WAIT 1 HOUR FOR AND OIL CHANGE, THAT HOUR TURNED INTO 2 1/2 ALMOST 3 HOURS !! AGAIN, NO CAR WASH. 4. IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR, YOU NEED TO BRING IT IN FOR DIAGNOSIS FIRST, AGAIN NO LOANER FOR THAT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND ONCE THEY DETERMINE THAT, YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR A DIFFERENT DAY AND TIME SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A LOANER!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I LIKE MY LEXUS A LOT BUT I PROMISE YOU THAT AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS OVER I'M NEVER GETTING A LEXUS AGAIN JUST BECAUSE THE INCREDIBLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! More
Worst customer service I leased my car at Lexus of Kendall but I moved so I started using the Pembroke Pines. Since the first time I noticed the diference between the places I leased my car at Lexus of Kendall but I moved so I started using the Pembroke Pines. Since the first time I noticed the diference between the places but I thought it was something pontual, so I kept taking for the maintenance at this place, the last one was for the 30.000 miles so my daughter took the car and the problems started from the beginning because we have the right to loan a car but they said that it wasn't available but when she walked in for the service they offered a loan car, very weird. Well they suggest that we changed the tires which we declined but they didn't say that the tires were a horrible shape and what happened? 1000 miles after the service one tire blew up putting my daughter's life in danger and to get worst she call the road service and nobody came!! I am very disappointed for all of this and planning to take serious actions! More

Not true. After the 2nd time I had a problem with service they stopped returning phone calls. Check out the recent reviews on their own Facebook page as it seems to be a regular occurrence there. Service suffering as dealership expands I have leased several vehicles from this dealership over the years. I've watched as they've grown very quickly in recent years. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle from them has always been a positive experience but of late trying to get the car serviced has been an issue. Phones ringing with no answer. Weeks out for appointments for service. They are not keeping pace with their growth in the service department. Somewhat frustrating to deal with. More

CAR DAMAGED SEVERAL TIMES WHILE BEING SERVICED! In the span of six months, I brought my vehicle 10 times to this dealership. I brought it in to have my tires replaced and they scratched my wheels (w In the span of six months, I brought my vehicle 10 times to this dealership. I brought it in to have my tires replaced and they scratched my wheels (which took 2 visits for them to fix and the paint started to strip a couple of months later). I brought it in to have the door lock fixed (which took 4 visits for them to fix) and they scratched my vehicle. I brought it in to fix the sunroof (which took 2 visits for them to fix) and they damaged my headliner. I brought it in an 11th time for them to address all these issues and my vehicle is still scratched. I submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they never even bothered to reply. Get your car serviced elsewhere. More
