The receiver greeted me and efficiently noted mileage and did a Professional, smooth, easy, quick. I went to the service center on a Sunday at 1:00pm. I had no appointment, however, I didn’t have to wait long to see Ed, my service person. I went to the cafe to eat something and do some work. So happy they had sockets that I could use to charge my computer. Received the call that my vehicle was ready at the agreed upon timeframe. Collected a clean, washed and well serviced car. More

Lexus service is back on track Had been going to lexus of Pembroke Pines since I bought my Lexus Sc 430 2006. I only bring it there to be serviced and for regular maintenance. Had Had been going to lexus of Pembroke Pines since I bought my Lexus Sc 430 2006. I only bring it there to be serviced and for regular maintenance. Had one bad experience when A part was to be changed and they put back same old worn part which caused my car to stall in a middle of a highway. I had to wait on a hot summer day for 3 hours for a tow truck to bring it back to Lexus . This is when we found out the part was not changed because they ask me to purchase same part again. Was so upset, they lost my trust, do I believe anything they say now. Spoke to the manager and he made it right. I start going back again and so far so good. I like they still give me a loaner when I bring my car to be serviced or maintained. More
