Had my 90K service done my 2014 ES 350. Service advisor was Jeff Hernandez who I have dealt with every time I visit the dealership. Jeremy is a very good service advisor. He tries his best to educate you on what’s being done on your maintenance calls. He’s an honest guy and that’s required in my book. Lexus of Pembroke Pines is superior to Lexus Of north miami Beach. I would recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines to anyone looking to purchase or service a Lexus vehicle. The only thing I can say is my car was very very dirty on the outside, and I questioned why it was not washed in the guy who drove my car up to deliver it to me said it was but it might’ve rained which was a bull crap answer. I was very disgusted with his answer of line. They did not wash my car and it should’ve been and I did not have time to them for them to watch at that point so that aspect of Pembroke Pines/Jeramy about going back to Lexus Of north miami just based on that.
