I was completely freaking out because my car would not start and I was late for work. Lex talked me through some troubleshooting on the phone to determine it was likely the battery. I have been a Lexus owner since 2004 when I purchased my LS. I recently purchased an HS250h and needed some warranty service. I went to JM Lexus with a friend of mine met with one of the assistant service LS. I recently purchased an HS250h and needed some warranty service. I went to JM Lexus with a friend of mine met with one of the assistant service managers. Basically he intimated that I didn't purchase my car from JM and didn't feel they were required to service it under the Lexus Warranty. So, yesterday I brought my Lexus in for warranty work at Palm Beach Lexus. I was introduced to Francesca Schintu. What a wonderful person! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really feel she will handle my problems. Francesca gave me a loaner car and told me she would call me when my car was ready. This morning, I noticed the rear tire of the loaner car was flat. I called Francesca's voice mail and it reported she was not in. I left her a message and within a few minutes Lexus of Palm Beach called to notify me that someone would come to change the tire. It amazes me to know that Francesca, on her day off, was still in touch with her company. Within a half hour Lew Fleischer, the road services technician, showed up and changed the tire. What can I say? The service was above and beyond. I feel Francesca and Lew are walking advertisements for Lexus of Palm Beach. Please let them know how much I appreciated their service. My car battery had died, they very quickly informed me that road side service would be at my home in 1 hour. 30 minuter later the service man, Lew Fleischer, called to say there was a tie up on the highwa that road side service would be at my home in 1 hour. 30 minuter later the service man, Lew Fleischer, called to say there was a tie up on the highway and he might be a few minuter later. 20 minut6er later the dealer called to see if he had arrived and I told them he had called. They said they would check back. The service man was about 10 minutes late and promptly changed the batery, made sure everything was working, spoke with me and left. A few minutes after he left they called to check and I informed them he had been there, fixed the problem and was on his way. I was able to get in my car and leave within 1 1/2 hours after I called. I am very pleased with the service. More
We had trouble with our battery on our Lexus. Lew came to our home and changed the battery to a new one. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the car throughly to makle sure there were no problem our home and changed the battery to a new one. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. My car required road service today. Lew Fleischer came to my rescue. He was prompt, efficient, and results oriented. He had my car fixed in no time. The best part about Lew was that he educated me on certain aspects about my car that had not been explained to me before.(Please note that this car was NOT purchased at this dealership originally. The original dealership did not explain much of anything.) Additionally, Lew pointed out certain areas on my car that were in need of attention and even offered to assist me in making the appointment. If I ever own a dealership.... I would want Lew working on my team. HE WAS AWESOME!!!! More

The car battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I called for road service. Lew came by quicker than he stated it would take, he even reset all necessary and checked all the tires for proper pressure called for road service. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES....I brought my car to Lexus for an A/C service that was explained as very complicated and involved removal of most of the drivers side dash. When I got the car back several of the an A/C service that was explained as very complicated and involved removal of most of the drivers side dash. When I got the car back several of the dash parts were not reinstalled properly and the tach and fuel gauge were not working. Lexus didn't mention this and as I drove home I called Lexus and they said bring the car back when you can and we will fix the problem right away. I brought the car back a week later and after the shop forman and service advisor promised they would fix the problem right away I left in a loaner. Then the lies started...I was called by the service advisor and told that they couldn't have damaged the gauges as they were self contained and it was going to cost me money to have the gauges fixed. It was explained that the unit was self contained and would have to be ordered and calibrated to match mileage...a process that would take at least five days. After two days I was called and told the car was ready. I proceeded to the dealership and asked my service advisor how this could have happened and he became very sarcastic and said well I should have waited a couple days to call you then you would have had nothing to bitcyh about. I attempted to speak with the service manager but he wouldn't discuss the matter with me as he was hiding and unavailable. I then proceeded to pay for the repair and waited 30 minutes for my car....problem is they lost my key. I used a spare key and drove off only to find out my windows were not working. Its now been almost a week and the dealership still hasn't replaced the key and told me to reprogram the windows and that should fix the problem. This dealership is pathetic..the service advisor danny, the shop forman pat and the service manager are all liars...Ihave sworn off lexus and now refer to that brand as LOSER. More
