Per one of the comments to the right, service has slowed down a bit; it tool about a half an hour longer than it should have for a routine 5,000 mile service. A minor complaint: Because of Covid, there are no longer bottles of water available. So a gentleman circulates and asked if you want anything (to drink). I asked for a bottle of water and the gentleman never showed up. More

Service is terrible. First time I went for service was told my tires couldn’t be rotated bcs the rear are larger than the front. This is far from the truth. All my tires are the same size on my car. I guess a little knowledge is not expected for being a women. The 2nd time I went at 7 am and I’m not a morning person. I was told by Thorlief Evenson he couldn’t find my maintenance warranty. I took my car to another dealership that was able to service my car under warranty. I won’t be returning to Lexus after both bad experiences. More
