I have been using PB Lexus since 2011. I love my ES 350 and the service the dealership provides. Rick our service advisor is the best. I recommend him to everyone. We are extremely pleased with our sales person when we purchased RX 350H December 2024. Recently I took my car for its first service and was extremely disappointed with the service department. Tim, my service person was extremely nice but he told me my car would be ready in 1 1/2. It took three hours till I got it back. It never wasn’t cleaned inside or out. We’ve owned Lexus cars since 2003. This is the first time I bought from Lexus of Palm Beach. When my car was returned three hours I was told there was sap on my front windshield and to remove it I would have to do a full detail detailing of the car and pay for it. Previously, my cars.came from JM Lexus. I never had any issues with them or their service department. Very, very disappointed with your service department. More

The worst service dept I have ever dealt with. 1. Told me I needed 2 tires. The day after I received an e-mail saying buy 3 tires get the 4 free. I called and asked about the promotion, was told 1. Told me I needed 2 tires. The day after I received an e-mail saying buy 3 tires get the 4 free. I called and asked about the promotion, was told I didn't need the other tires. 2 weeks later I got an email from service telling me I need to replace the 2 older tires! 2. A couple f weeks later I brought my car in because 1 of the older tires was low on air. Air was put in and I was told nothing was wrong just needed air. The following week my tire was flat. I called Lexus and was told to call a tow truck to bring my car in. I called AAA, they changed the tire and went to TIRE KINGDOM who showed me how the tread was worn and had to replace the 2 tires. 3. Called the manager of the dealership and was told he was too busy and would call me back, that was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a call back. Deal with this dealership at your own risk! More
