I reached out to Lexus of Oxnard via internet. I provided my phone and email. The dealership proceeded to have 2 sales associates call me right away. I had a variety of questions about a car I saw I provided my phone and email. The dealership proceeded to have 2 sales associates call me right away. I had a variety of questions about a car I saw online I wanted to know more about pricing. I wanted to ask them via email so I don't forget. I sent an email out.... The dealership asked via email that I come and check the car out and they can go over numbers. Before I go down I said I had a few questions, most regarding pricing and financing. I lived far from the dealership. The dealership never contacted me back. I texted another sales associate saying I have not had my questions responded. The 2nd associate never replied back either. Needless to say they're to busy or didn't like my questions about pricing and thus ignored me. More
Angelo has been helping me for years. When he isn’t working he will still come in to see him when he knows I’m coming. He always gives me the best deals on cars and always honest. Alex did an amazing job of identifying my family and I’s needs and made a great effort to ensure customer satisfaction! I was a little disappointed at the dealership itself but Alex changed my mind. Alex is easily one of the best workers I have interacted with. Great man and best of luck to him and his future endeavors. More
I had a terrible experience at Lexus of Oxnard. My first lexus, but the dealership was a toilet in car dealership parlance. Never followed up, never answered phone calls or email. I will never go back, or b lexus, but the dealership was a toilet in car dealership parlance. Never followed up, never answered phone calls or email. I will never go back, or buy or lease a Lexus. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Lexus should look into this horrible dealership. More
I came in the dealership excited to see if they have any Lexus ES 350. I was introduced to Carlos at Lexus of Oxnard. He was very aggressive trying to sale me a lease or purchasing a brand new one. I respe Lexus ES 350. I was introduced to Carlos at Lexus of Oxnard. He was very aggressive trying to sale me a lease or purchasing a brand new one. I respectfully declined and said i would love a used car because it is in my budget. He then kept pushing leases onto me and i felt uncomfortable. After 10 minutes has past i respectfully decline again. He then told me that USED cars almost never come in and I would be waiting around for no reason. I then told him if he can please look out for the car i want used to give me a call. He took my number down and I thanked him and got back into my car. While I was about to drive away. I see Carlos ripping my number up from his notepad he had with him. He then tossed it in the trash can. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this helps people. More
Very unethical dealership, management doesn’t care about costumers after the deal has been closed and they have earned their commission even if they lied to you to make the deal happen. Very unprofessional costumers after the deal has been closed and they have earned their commission even if they lied to you to make the deal happen. Very unprofessional and make Lexus look bad I will never again purchase anything from the company after my experience despite owning their vehicles for over 10 years. More
I can no longer recommend Lexus of Oxnard since the change of ownership. If I could give the sales department a zero, I would. The zero isn’t given lightly or due to sales force lack of effort or knowl change of ownership. If I could give the sales department a zero, I would. The zero isn’t given lightly or due to sales force lack of effort or knowledge, the zero is given to the new owners and their general manager for lack of support. New owners have cheapen the sales experience by upping or packing the sticker price anywhere from $1,500 to 2,000 dollars added cost per new vehicle. In addition, the used or previously owned vehicles no longer have listing sticker prices on their windows. The salesperson has to go into the front office and asks their supervisor for the price of each and every vehicle. Very unprofessional....this is the fault of the new owners and not the sales force on the floor. What is the new GM thinking? I’ve been a customer for 25 years and have owned 4 Lexus vehicles. I’ve always received wonderful care and quality repairs from the service department. I will continue servicing my two vehicles at Oxnard Lexus. But, if you need a new or used Lexus...I wouldn’t purchase it at Oxnard Lexus until the new owner’s and GM get their act together. What the new owners & GM are doing to this long established Oxnard business is breaking my heart. I feel sorry for the sales staff....hang in there. More
