I recently purchased a 2024 RX350h from your dealership on Monday, June 23, 2025, and I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. First and foremost, I want to commend Angelo, my sales represen on Monday, June 23, 2025, and I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. First and foremost, I want to commend Angelo, my sales representative, for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. He was attentive, respectful, and made the purchasing process smooth and pleasant. Additionally, Lawrence, who assisted me when I returned with my check, was also extremely professional and courteous. Both individuals were instrumental in ensuring I completed the purchase and felt valued as a customer. However, I must express my disappointment with the experience I had with the finance representative I initially worked with. When I stepped outside to speak with my bank regarding a loan, the finance rep repeatedly came out to rush me, stating he was trying to leave. It was frustrating and disruptive, especially during an important financial conversation. Angelo kindly apologized for the interruptions and encouraged me to take my time, which I greatly appreciated. When I returned to complete the paperwork, the finance process felt chaotic and unprofessional. The representative struggled to clearly explain the documents, switched frequently between Spanish (which I do not speak), and appeared visibly drowsy and his eyes were rolling back as if he were falling asleep. The uncomfortable atmosphere caused my wife to leave the room, and the whole process dragged on much longer than necessary. To make matters worse, when I came back days later to submit the check, Lawrence discovered that the paperwork had not been completed correctly, requiring me to sign and initial additional documents. I also realized I was not provided with a complete copy of all the documents I signed, which was quite surprising given the dealership’s otherwise strong reputation. While I am truly pleased with the vehicle itself and extremely grateful to Angelo and Lawrence for their support, the overall experience was disappointing. I had high expectations based on Lexus of Oxnard’s reputation, and while parts of the experience lived up to that standard, the finance process did not. More
