What game time for my first service they drove to Tallahassee and picked my car up and took it back to Jacksonville and serviced it. Brought it back the next day. Everything they did was perfect. My girlfriend and I have a 2024 Lexus RZ300e. Had to go in for a recall.. When she went to retrieve the vehicle the tow hook cover was missing. She asked brought it to the attention of the service advisor and he told her heMd have it taken care of within a couple days. .. After several calls throughout the week with no responses I called in , Being that I was a General Manager, GSM , F&I and used car manager I know the business well. I spoke to a service manager , and not the advisor who rudely ignored her for a week. He told he he’d have it ordered but it quirk be painted which I understood as this sometimes is required. I got a call back 5 minutes later stating they had it in stock painted already My guess was they just needed it brought into the dealership and stated they would call use to schedule someone to bring it to her if needed 2-3 days later.. .So she then goes on a trip and is gone for 4-5 days. Comes back.. Instead of bringing the part to her and installing as they promised ( Since they lost the piece it is the least they could do if you ask me ) So she goes in and what do you know. They could the piece that they say was her. The clips are all bent and it bare goes on. She watches as the service advisor jerry rigged it on. She thought it was clear it was not in good condition anymore which he had to have known. . She leaves and goes to a car wash where it immediately falls off. I called into speak to a service manager once again and have been ignored with no calls back, I then called and asked to speak to the general manager. Two rings and to voicemail. I have worked for Herb Chambers Lexus in MA and Herb Chambers Mercedes as well. And I will tell you , When it comes to luxury treatment orange park lexus is on a par with a kia dealership / or used care dealership. For such a cheap part which they obviously ruined they have shown themselves to be bottom of the barrel ..Brian Rojas who was the advisors should not be in the at a lexus dealership let alone any dealership where he deals with customers. If you can call people back and over promise and under deliver you need to go stock shelves. I have never in my wildest dreams believed a lexus dealership could carry themselves in such a manager. Ruined a part. Made my girlfriend drive all the way back so they could fix what they caused. and then they gave her an inadequate part after they bent the clips. 3 calls to management and no calls back . Completely pitiful. I would recommend getting your service down elsewhere. They do not hold themselves to the standards of a luxury dealership. . More
