We called about our flat tire, was told some one would be there shortly to assist us. Went downstairs to open the garage door, my wife said that Lexus had already called back saying service man was on the w there shortly to assist us. Went downstairs to open the garage door, my wife said that Lexus had already called back saying service man was on the way. It wasn't but a few minutes later that the service man showed up. He knew his job, did it professionally, explained what we needed to do, and answered all our questions in language we could understand. Service like that is the reason that we are on our third Lexus.
