Disappointed summarizes my recent service experience. The tires I purchased were due for a 5,000 mile rotation. When I purchased the tires I asked if the price included road hazard and balance and rota The tires I purchased were due for a 5,000 mile rotation. When I purchased the tires I asked if the price included road hazard and balance and rotation. I feel I was told yes. My disappointment came at time for first rotation and I was told Lexus of Omaha doesn’t offer that option. I paid the $44 charge, and will pay an additional $700+ if I follow the 5,00 mile rotation schedule for the remaining 80,000 of expected miles. Apparently the tire expert at Lexus of Omaha and I weren’t speaking the same language when I made my purchase. Balance and mounting were included one time at purchase. I will ask more specific questions if I purchase from this dealer again. More
