I had a tire that was leaking air. They found a nail and repaired the tire for me. My car was in desperate need of a car wash and they took care of that also. The waiting area was very comfortable and there repaired the tire for me. My car was in desperate need of a car wash and they took care of that also. I had a dead battery in my Lexus RX350 which was at home, called service and they arranged to have roadside come to my home and replace the battery. I received a call back from service indicating that batter called service and they arranged to have roadside come to my home and replace the battery. I received a call back from service indicating that batteries were on their. way. Kevin called me back and said the batteries had not arrived yet, but service could stop out, jump my car and test the battery at the dealership to determine if indeed the battery needed replaced. I had an appointment I needed to keep and he assured me if the battery did not arrive in time, they would provide a loaner car. Diagnostics were done on the battery and determined I had a bad cell, The batteries arrived as they were doing the diagnostics and they replaced the battery as it was under warranty and had me on my way. Thank you Kevin and Cory - excellent service !!! This is why I buy a Lexus! More
