I left the dealer ship and called back a few days later, committed to the purchase. They arranged delivery to my home, over 300 miles away and never a whisper of an extra charge for this or that. All the paperwork was completed by a very professional Customer delivery specialist. "ON TOP OF HER GAME" I am located in the "Chicago Area", My wife insisted I purchased for her a used Cadillac SRX, She loved her previous 2014 SRX so I wandered on-line an I am located in the "Chicago Area", My wife insisted I purchased for her a used Cadillac SRX, She loved her previous 2014 SRX so I wandered on-line and found a beautiful 2013 with extremely low mileage on Lexus of Omaha's website. I Inquired about the vehicle and spoke with Jennifer Militti in the Sales Department. We spoke in length about the SRX they had listed. I was enlightened and very lucky to speak with a no-pressure Car Sales Person, Jennifer handled my purchase with ease and her vehicle knowledge and sales experienced were exceptional. Within 2 weeks of purchase we had a problem with the front heated seats. I took it to a local Cadillac Dealer ,and they repaired it , I notified Jennifer and she kindly reimbursed me for the cost to repair. It was a surprising gesture and I truly appreciate how Jennifer handled this issue. Thanks so much Jennifer and if I decide to swing over to a beautiful Lexus I will be calling you.
