I had emailed my former sales person the evening before about what I was looking for thinking she would respond the next day. She responded that night not only with many vehicles that met my criterion but also a “sight unseen” trade- in offer for my two older vehicles. We met the next morning and the two new vehicles I liked were already waiting for a test drive along with a different model that was a step up from what I had before. I left the dealer with a deal for a new SUV and a check for the remainder of my trade- in value, and a feeling that I was treated fairly and very well. I would highly recommend this dealer. This will be the fourth car I have purchased from them. More
