Excellent Service! My lease happened to be up during the Coronavirus Social Distancing times. The dealership was outstanding about bringing the car/cars I was interested My lease happened to be up during the Coronavirus Social Distancing times. The dealership was outstanding about bringing the car/cars I was interested in to my house for a test drive and taking my car back to be appraised. Jeff even drove up to my house with gloves on in the new car. Being respectful at all times about social distancing and not shaking hands, etc. They would have even brought all the paperwork and done final delivery to our home, but we did decide to go to the dealership for all of that. All paperwork that could be done over the phone was, so it all went very smoothly and quickly. The dealership is always spotless, but they were aware and reassuring of any concerns - which I didnt feel any concern at all - and I can be a germaphobe! This is my 2nd Lexus and they always make you feel like a Rock Star here! Great experience, with no pressure at all! Thank you Lexus of Omaha :) More
