Stopped by Lexus of North Miami in the morning to try a new Lexus IS 350 that I really liked but didn't know if I can get one and wanted to test drive it to make sure it fits me. I had spent three months and endless hours getting pulled around by dealers in the southeast saying they had the ES300h I was looking for in stock and then trying to get me to purchase another car on their l around by dealers in the southeast saying they had the ES300h I was looking for in stock and then trying to get me to purchase another car on their lot. Then I received a call from David Kafka at North Miami Lexus and EVERYTHING changed! David not only was able to find the car with the exact color combinations I was looking for, the options that I wanted, and offered an excellent price, but he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I drove 678 miles to pick up my new ES300h which David had ready and waiting for me. He also gave me a fair market value on the trade-in I arrived in. David made the entire process seamless with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
